Join us at the Adelaide Central Market on Friday 7 September for a Vegan Cooking Demonstration by the super talented creators of delicious and nutritious vegan food BOB BOWLS Catering CO. & Purevitalu.

These events have been a huge success each year, with delicious plant based recipes to taste and then try at home.

We will upload the recipe at the end of each demonstration so you can buy your fresh produce at the market before you go.
