In this weekend workshop, we’ll be exploring mindfulness of body, breath, the senses, thoughts and emotions; mindful movement; cultivating self-compassion, empathy for others and emotional intelligence.
We will explore research-based tools for how we can cultivate the key competences of wellbeing, self-care and resilience as well as transform stress, reduce burnout and regulate our emotions.
This is an opportunity for practice, self-reflection and friendly dialogue with understanding peers.
