With full, short, junior and unlimited course options, there’s a stair climb to suit all ages and fitness levels. Come join us as we sweat it out on the stairs to music, killing some serious calories along the way.
Stadium Stomp supports official Charity Partner the Leukaemia Foundation and participants are encouraged to make every step count and fundraise for this amazing charity or a charity close to their heart.
Full Course (12+ yrs) – 6000 stairs
Short Course (12+ yrs) – 3300 stairs
Junior Course (5-11 yrs) – 1000 stairs
Unlimited Course (12+yrs) – as many stairs as you dare!
