Meditation awakens qualities that are intrinsically invaluable to each of us.

Without a rich meditation practice these qualities may remain untapped or unknown as we remain caught in the stressful effects of living in today’s world.

We can each cultivate this valuable skill to find peace and pause as we learn to recharge and rejuvenate the body and mind.

Meditation is as natural to each of us as is sleep and breathing.

Learn the skills of practice with Keval and Sadhana who have been instructing meditation, yoga practices and yoga philosophy for over 40 years.

Learn supporting practices such as
– breathing
– focus skills
– gentle postures
– relaxation
to better create the supportive environment for meditation practice.
