Lets discover our backyard!! This course is an actual event through Trail Running SA, so I know it’s legit and we can’t POSSIBLY get lost! We will have checkpoints/survivalpoints with our amazing “Team Bailey” who will provide some refreshments and nutrition along the way.

You’re welcome to do your own training in your own time, but it’s a lot of fun in a group so try to drop in on a walk or two if you can.
I’ll be posting times etc as we go along.
Please look for appropriate trail footwear, a backpack that can hold water (either bottled or in a hydration pack), food, waterproof jacket and any medication you may require as well as comfortable clothing worn in layers that you can carry with you when taken off. I encourage you to borrow where possible.
