Join us for a leisurely stroll through historic North Adelaide while we visit the hotels of yester-year… some are gone and some are still standing… Some still serve a welcome drink or tasty meal !

Hear about colonial life in North Adelaide and the role that the local pub played in early and recent North Adelaide life… and learn about the days of betting and after-hours drinking in early North Adelaide…. and maybe the odd story or two… including the little-known underground reservoir.

The main objectives for the event are to enjoy a social walk outdoors and soak up a bit of the history in North Adelaide.

We will pause during the walk for a drink and refreshment break at one or two of the historic hotels. At the end of the tour we will share a tasty food platter (included in the ticket price.)
