A handicapped race is one in which all participants’ abilities are leveled, so that every participant, regardless of speed, has an equal chance at being the winner.

Submit your 5km time to Rachael Semler no later than Friday 18th of December.

All runners will start in intervals based on submitted times. The goal is that all runners should finish very close together!

Meet at Christie’s Beach SLSC @ 7:15 am for a 7:30 am start.

Follow the Christies Beach parkrun course. Those that want can add another Loop of the course as a cool down.

Everyone is invited to coffee after.
