South Australian Museum Senior Scientist Diego Garcia-Bellido (pictured below) will take guests on a journey into his research, unearthing the beginnings of animal life and the complex recent history of the Flinders Ranges. Learn more about what makes the region so biologically and geologically unique – from the State Government’s bid to attain UNESCO World Heritage status for the area to the fossils of the oldest complex organisms known on our planet.
Hear from AVMCatering’s Head Chef, who will shape the evening’s memorable menu, along with representatives from Barossa label Hentley Farm. Wines from its acclaimed range will be paired with each course.
