F45 Training is bringing wellness to the Australian community and invites Adelaideans to join in on the fun of functional training at Colley Reserve for the F45 Track event this Saturday, May 13.
F45 trainers from across Adelaide will come together to unite the F45 community for a lively and dynamic, 45-minute workout in Glenelg.
Those in attendance will train alongside The Face of F45, Cory George who will put fitness fanatics through their paces to ensure every rep is counted and every member feels the F45 burn. Combining strength and cardio with F45’s signature team training, the outdoor workout will encourage participants to push themselves to their maximum potential with mini exercise challenges.
Post workout, gym goers can unwind and recharge after a challenging sweat session in the ‘F45 Social’ zone where expert F45 coaches will guide wind-down stretches and recovery exercises. ‘Performance Inspired’ protein drinks, caffeine boosters and delicious snacks will be available to refuel. F45 Social is powered by ‘Performance Inspired’, the new supplement range established by Mark Wahlberg and available at Chemist Warehouse.
