Indulge in an exclusive 15 course sushi dinner hand crafted by Adelaide’s only Japanese sushi master, Chef Yohei Hombo. A native of Tokyo, Chef Yohei trained as an Itamae (sushi master) in the city’s bustling fish market.
With an intimate setting accommodating only 6 diners at a time, you can expect an authentic fine dining sushi experience that will transport you to the heart of Japan.
Made with the freshest ocean catch available in SA, and flown in from the eastern coast, New Zealand and Japan, each piece of sushi is a symphony of flavours as you bite into the warm rice and textured fish. Toro, uni (sea urchin), A5 wagyu and abalone were served at previous dinners.
