Meditation is a technique that involves focusing the mind, clearing out distractions and achieving a state of deep concentration, relaxation, and heightened awareness. There are different types of meditation, but most share common elements such as controlled breathing, a specific focus, and non-judgmental awareness of one’s thoughts and feelings.

Meditation offers extensive benefits such as reduced stress, improved concentration, better sleep, emotional well-being, and overall balance and calm. From a spiritual standpoint, it is a tool for destressing and personal growth, providing a path to inner peace and self-discovery.

The Energy Enhancement System (EES) is a holistic approach to meditation that combines traditional practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong with modern technology like scalar waves and bio-photonic fusion to optimize energy flow in the body and mind. The system recognizes that an optimal flow of energy is essential for physical, mental, and emotional health.

Meditation within the Energy Enhancement System typically involves guided visualizations, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to clean and activate the energy centres. Grounding, centring and supporting the body to heal are core aspects of meditation in the Energy Enhancement System. Meditators are encouraged to connect with the Earth’s energy, fostering a sense of stability, rootedness and wellness.

The potential benefits of meditation in the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) are diverse, including physical relaxation, stress reduction, enhanced immunity, mental clarity, improved focus, heightened awareness, emotional balance, inner peace, and increased joy. The harmonization of energy centres in the body leads to a holistic sense of well-being.

We offer 45 minute meditation sessions on Mondays at 10am and Wednesdays at 7pm.
