RUNDLE MALL ACES REWARDS WITH THEIR SHOPPING WEEKEND DURING ADL FASHION WEEK

Weekend retail therapy will be unforgettable in the heart of the city
during ADL Fashion Week in 2025, with the return of Rundle Mall’s
Shopping Weekend. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in 3 days
of fashion-filled experiences, offers, and surprises, that you can only
find in Rundle Mall.

This year, visitors to the Mall will be introduced to the new concept
Rundle Mall Social Club (RMSC) – a gift-with-purchase activation to
reward shoppers for splashing out in the Precinct. The tennis-themed
activation will take over Gawler Place from Friday 10 to

Sunday 12 October, featuring a custom-built tennis court in a playful,
club-style experience with seating, umbrellas and greenery, making the
most of the open-air Precinct.

The RMSC will reward shoppers who spend more than $150 at Rundle Mall
retailers with gift cards from a custom vending machine. Shoppers can
score themselves the ultimate win, with gift cards ranging from $10 to
$1000, featuring brands like MECCA, David Jones, R.M.Williams, Haigh’s
Chocolates, Endota Spa and Rundle Mall.

Andrew White, Adelaide Economic Development Agency’s Executive
Manager, Rundle Mall says the Rundle Mall Social Club will encourage
South Australians to shop, explore and experience the Mall in new ways.

“It’s Game, Set, Reward – everyone wins this year at the Rundle
Mall Social Club,” says White. “This is different to previous years
– we’re rewarding shoppers instantly with a range of gift cards for them
to use at a variety of our 1,000 plus stores. We want them to return to
their favourite flagships and boutiques to stock up on more of the best
brands and items.”

The Mall will be activated with an array of pop-ups, including the
Rundle Mall Ice Creamery. This custom ice creamery will be stationed
outside of Woolworths for the duration of the Shopping Weekend and is in
collaboration with Precinct retailer C9 Chocolate & Gelato. Shoppers
will be able to enjoy scoops of their favourite flavour, including a
bespoke flavour created purely for the festival, called Beehive Caramel
Crunch – a homage to the over century-old Beehive Corner building.

Alongside bringing their best flavours to the Mall, C9 reminds shoppers
that Rundle Mall is a proud pet- friendly zone. They will also serve Pup
Pops, a special frozen treat just for dogs.

Leading athleticwear brand lululemon will be hosting a Run Club in
partnership with the Rundle Mall Social Club meeting at 7am on Friday 10
October. Expect live music from DJ Leah Mencel and complimentary drinks
from brand ALTR, to cap off the 5km city run that concludes at the RMSC.

The Richmond Hotel is not only hosting an array of sold-out ADL Fashion
Week runways but will also activate with The Loft café outside of their
building. From Wednesday 8 to Sunday 12 October, they will be serving
morning sips with iced coffees and iced matcha, with shoppers then able
to opt for afternoon bar snacks such as croquettes, parmesan fries, and
pizza.

South Australian and female-founded brand Summer Skin will be activating
in the Mall, showcasing their natural and vegan self-tanning range,
whilst Swatch will be returning by popular demand with their ‘Moon
Swatch’ collection, after a highly successful pop up in May of this
year. More brands will be announced in the coming days.Celebrating ADL
Fashion Week with the Rundle Mall Social Club during Rundle Mall’s
Shopping Weekend brings shoppers together, in South Australia’s
must-visit shopping, dining, lifestyle and entertainment destination.
