Hindmarsh Square presents exquisite European flair with the opening of PARC Brasserie and Bar.
A fresh, inspired restaurant aiming to reinvent premium dining, PARC brings high quality cuisine and exceptional service together to create culinary delights.
The European-inspired menu will take patrons on a journey through the Mediterranean and other parts of the continent while the beverages focus on specialties of wine, whiskey, and gin.
PARC Restaurant & Bar Manager, Clement Demarais, says PARC will elevate Adelaide’s already sensational food scene to new heights.
“PARC is an experience for all diners as they consume and savour flavours curated by our Executive Chef, Francis Luzinier,” says Clement. “Dining at PARC is an occasion, as eating out always should be, and this elevated experience will be carried throughout.”
Mains, ranging from $38 to $54, include specialty dishes such as escargot, chateau briand, and traditional poulet basquaise. Focusing on local meats, seafood and produce, PARC is committed to authenticallybringing attention to detail across its menu.
Warm and welcoming, PARC’s bar also intrigues, showcasing local, independent, boutique and international beverages that compliment PARCRestaurant.
From local distillers to sensations from Scotland, Japan, and France, awide variety allows for exploration.
Accompanying the open menu is boutique gin and whisky flights featuring local and international distillers. Wines are sourced locally from smaller vineyards that are rarely seen on restaurant lists, and a touch of European style sees the offering of small and large carafes, as well as bar snacks.
PARC offers a traditional daily Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm, utilising the ritual of ringing the bar bell to indicate it starting.
In a freshly renovated setting within Adelaide’s east end, PARC is acollaboration between PACT Architects, and MOVE IN Design, and serves lunch and dinner options seven days a week.
PARC Brasserie and Bar is now officially open at 16 Hindmarsh Square,Adelaide.
