Prancing Pony Brewery present the inaugural “Adelaide Hills Oktoberfest” at Newenham Estate – 164 Flaxley Road, Mount Barker SA 5250.

We welcome friends & families to join us be part of the celebration of traditional German culture.

Oktoberfest is known as a large Volksfest (people’s fair) folk festival celebrates community, agriculture, produce and of course beer.

You will enjoy a full spread German fare from beer, food, costumes, games & entertainment. The event will be dressed in blue & white and feature long share tables to meet new & old friends. There will be a full day of German entertainment & games including stein holding & bretzel eating.

We encourage all to embrace German Attire and come dressed in your best hat, lederhosen and dirndls. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be learning The Schuhplattler (German Slap Dancing).
