Sprout kids hands-on cooking classes are focused on teaching basic cooking techniques, safe cooking skills and preparation of nutritious and balanced meals. The class is designed to inspire kids to cook and prepare fresh healthy meals for friends and family. Participants will prepare a meal that takes into consideration seasonality and nutrition in a fun engaging format.
