After a critically acclaimed season “★★★★★ Glam Adelaide” and several sold out shows for the 2023 Adelaide Fringe, international performing artist, and teacher Andrew Crupi is reprising his energetic and entertaining “A Solo Commedia dell’ Arte Show” for the 2024 Adelaide Fringe.
Spring has sprung, love is in the air and the King has announced the annual spring-time competition is about to begin. However, as the adventurers arrive to participate, something dark and dangerous is waking up deep in the forest. Everything is not as it seems in this picturesque Kingdom.
“A Solo Commedia dell’ Arte Show” is a charming, funny and original theatre production for all ages. Created and perfected over several years by Crupi using the ancient traditional Italian mask style of theatre Commedia dell’ Arte, with accompaniment by musician Jake Morrison and his live original score.
There will be 7 public performances as part of the 2024 Adelaide Fringe.
