This event will be held at 618 Barbell, on Sunday 19th February.

Lifting will begin at 10am, with a short lifters brief at 9.15am.

The CAPO SA State Titles is a qualifying event for the CAPO 2023 National Championships.

There is one difference from this rulebook we apply to our CAPO SA competitions:
– Squats CANNOT be walked out.

You must have a current CAPO membership at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to this event to be able to compete.

Weigh-ins (at 618 Barbell) will be open on Saturday 18th February 10am-11.30am, and 1-3pm.
