Are you an aspiring or beginner gardener? Come learn the basics for becoming a green thumb!
This will be an engaging and interactive workshop will have plenty of opportunity for your questions. Each participant will take home a seed pack.
We’ll cover the following topics to help you in growing for a good harvest:
-Design and location for your patch
-Soil Prep
-What to plant when
-Winter/summer planting and harvest
-Seed vs seedlings
-Feeding
-Watering
About the presenter:
Chris Day from Every Day Sustainable Living and Cockatoo Creek Farm, has over 16 years experience in growing and teaching people about food, Permaculture and Sustainable Living.
