Join us in the Marion’s Secret Garden for Get Shucked! An evening full of the finest seafood, local wine and good company.
The collaboration between two iconic South Australian regions brings you a delicious hybrid experience showcasing the Eyre Peninsula’s freshest seafood perfectly paired with the award winning Adelaide Hill’s winery, Sidewood Wines.
Indulge in oysters, kingfish, mussels, prawns, ocean jacket and white bait.… the list goes on…
You will dive into a selection of canapé style starters all provided by Myers Seafood of Port Lincoln (thanks guys!) alongside seafood paella which is sure to grab your attention, not only by the mouth-watering aromas but by it’s impressive size – all cooked right in front of you! Plus our very own Head Chef Trent Benbow will be in the spot light leading live demonstrations throughout the night.
Even if oysters aren’t your jam, you will still want to witness the oyster shucking station. Coffin Bay Oysters will be freshly shucked and served naturally, you gotta give it a go!
An evening showcasing South Australia’s very own unique and sort after produce, this fun yet relaxed event is definitely one to put in the calendar.
