The Goodness Me Wellness Festival returns this spring with its third edition—a vibrant, all-ages event perfect for the whole family! Join us for a day filled with connection, creativity, and community on Saturday, 16th November 2024, at the beautiful Riverdell Spiritual Centre.

For the first time, the Goodness Me Festival welcomes guests of all ages, creating a unique experience with a full day of yoga, sound healing, breathwork, creative crafts, live music, artisan markets, nourishing food, and much more.

What Awaits You:

Goodness Me is a true celebration of community, inviting everyone to connect and explore through interactive classes, hands-on workshops, and live music. This year’s festival warmly welcomes young ones to join their parents for a family-friendly day filled with dedicated spaces like the Mini Me section. With activities for kids and adults alike—including yoga, creative crafts, face painting, a jumping castle, sound healing, live music, inspiring workshops, and so much more—there’s truly something for everyone!

Interactive Sessions: Yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, creative workshops, educational sessions, and much more.

Live Music: Enjoy performances from Rod Coote, Bortier Okoe, and Justin DJ.

Artisan Alley & Food Trucks: Delight in delicious vegetarian and vegan options from local food trucks, and browse a unique selection of handmade and sustainable products.

Zen Den: Recharge in a quiet, healing space with options like Reiki, SoulNar Therapy, tarot and palm readings, Ayurvedic massage, and Zenthai Shiatsu.

Mini Me Zone: Especially for kids! Highlights include Vanessa Curry’s ‘Happyness,’ botanical art with Green Room ADL, and Laugh.Stretch.Activate with Nicki Brunton.
