Grand Master Daher is a 9th-degree black belt, president of the Oceania Taekwon-Do Federation, president of ITF Taekwon-Do Australia, member of the ITF Board of Directors and a member of the Committee of the development of ITF in Asia and the Gulf regions. Grand Master Daher is the most senior Instructor in the Oceania region.
