Rebecca Stonor is a Wellbeing Officer, Plant Scientist and Plant-Based Nutrition Wellness Advocate. She has worked for nearly two decades in plant science and is certified in plant-based nutrition through eCornell University.
She is using plant based eating to recover from autoimmune diseases. A passion for helping others has led her to sharing her story via workshops, plant-based cooking classes and public speaking engagements.
Rebecca is a testament to the incredible power of food as medicine. She has held many cooking classes, demonstrations and talks on whole food, plant-based nutrition. Living MS symptom and relapse free, Rebecca is passionate about cooking food that is delicious and leads to excellent health.
She will demonstrate how easy it is to create delicious meals using whole plant foods. You will learn how to adapt any recipe using innovative techniques. Enhance flavour of your food without compromising on nutritional value. No fancy ingredients, equipment or brand new kitchens required!
