TIME:
6:15PM – 10.45PM (approx.)

CALL TIME 1:
Arrival – 6:00pm for a 6:15pm START

CALL TIME 2:
Arrival – 8:30pm for a 8:45pm START

DRESS CODE:
Smart-casual, dressy or themed outfits are recommended but be sure to discuss this with your coach beforehand.

No tickets will be available for purchase on the night.

Please note that Performers will NOT have to purchase a ticket for themselves, they are covered by their performers entry fee (details below).

IMPORTANT:
Singers are required to be present for the entire duration of their call time.

Unfortunately due to number limits, singers & guests of both shows are not permitted to arrive early/stay later at the venue UNLESS they have pre-purchased tickets to BOTH performances.

Singers under 18 years should have a guardian present at all times, as there will be no supervision on the night.

VENUE INFO:
While a large number of seats are provided, due to the number of guests in attendance at certain points throughout the night the venue may have STANDING ROOM ONLY. The venue will not be taking table bookings for this event, so we suggest arriving early if you wish to secure a table.

Food will also be available from the venues partner ‘The Norwood Hotel’. All food can be ordered at the bar and will be served in house to be enjoyed while watching the show. Full bar services will also be available.
