Sprint: 750m swim/20km bike/5km run
Enticer: 300m swim/10km bike/2.2km run
Kids: 100m swim/wade/2.6km ride/1km run

There is a distance for all – from kids to adults, fun for the whole family.
Post event activities will include refreshments, race presentations and random draw prizes.
