Have you ever wanted to learn how to skate or hone your tricks and techniques? Sk8 Therapy are offering two coaching clinics at George Whittle Reserve (Prospect Skate Park) during Spring School Holidays on Thursday 7 October to improve your skateboarding skills and confidence.
Session 1: Juniors (6 – 10 years) from 10am – 11am (1hr)
Learn how to skate with confidence! This group session will increase your confidence, resilience and demonstrate the proper technique for standing on a board, body control, turning and approaching the ramp. The perfect session for budding skateboarders with limited skills and experience. Please note for this session, adult guardians are required to remain onsite to provide supervision and support.
Session 2: Youth (10 – 17 years) from 11.15am – 12.15pm (1hr)
This clinic is recommended for intermediate and advanced skaters that want to hone their skills and techniques to reach personal goals. Our professional coach will work with you to answer any specific questions and provide expert demonstrations to increase your knowledge and skill level.
Please note, participants attending either session must provide all required equipment (skateboard and safety gear) and bring a drink bottle and any prescribed medication.
Tickets are only $10 each from Eventbrite and limited. Secure your tickets today as our school holiday programs always sell out! This session is part of Urban Street Sportz program offered by City of Prospect.
