Young gun Australian chef Matt Stone has teamed up with our own Brendan Wessel’s and Sam Cooper alongside national wine expert Nick Ryan for a one-off dinner, showcasing award-winning South Australian and West Australian produce and wine found between the two ports.

Immerse yourself amongst our 50sqm of LED screens in The Lab, where you will be transported to WA’s Leeuwin Coast Akoya Farm, before taking a seat in Aurora Restaurant to indulge in a menu showcasing acclaimed fare and wine with a focus on provenance, sustainability and social responsibility, interspersed with engaging stories of the people and products featured.
