More details to come…but what we do know is that we have just been sponsored by Australia Post to run some workshops to promote ultimate frisbee in women’s sport. There will be;
-POJ – delicious snacks to refuel the body will be provided after training
– The events will be free of charge (Thanks to Australia Post)
-all women are welcome (boys will have an ultimate game alongside the women’s fields so bring boys if you would like)
-beginner through to expert
-bring cleats/sneakers and wate
