Volunteering SA&NT is celebrating 40 years and their Tenth Annual Volunteer Parade and Celebration. To launch National Volunteer Week 2022, the Parade, the only one in Australia, brings Adelaide to a standstill. It’s a fabulous and fun way to celebrate and acknowledge the almost one million Volunteers in South Australia.

This is an opportunity for Rotarians to walk together with other volunteers to acknowledge people and organisations that volunteer in their community. District 9510 encourages Rotary members to walk on this day as a club/team wearing your Rotary attire and maybe bring some of those wonderful tablecloths to hold in front of your team and have some fun connecting with each other and other volunteers in the community.

In addition to the Parade, free celebrations in Victoria Square will include a Welcome to Country performance by Kuma Kaaru, a lunch-time concert featuring Rachael Leahcar (The Voice 2012) and a Gourmet BBQ by the Rapid Relief Team.
