A Fantastic Week of Dance for kids aged 8-13!

Ballet, Jazz and Creative Dance. Make new friends, get creative, dance your heart out! Come home happy.

You’re going to get:

• Great dance teaching (technique, not just fluffy time-filling) to increase your skills! Feel like you’ve achieved something great.
• New dances to learn
• New friends from all over the city
• Stay busy all day!
• Create something of your own. Dance making is a fabulous skill to learn, and fosters:
  • problem solving
  • group dynamics
  • task-sharing
  • logic
  • creativity
  • mathematics and physics skills (under the hood!)
  • physical fitness
  • musicality

Ballet Alchemy is run by me Nicola Rose, I teach at numerous dance schools locally, and have had an Australian and International career for 30+ years as a dancer and dance teacher. I believe in encouragement while working hard; discipline while having fun; self-love and respect for others. EVERYONE has talents that should be encouraged and fostered and I will always make an effort to notice and verbalise them. Kids learn best when they feel safe.

Come and spend 3 days with me working hard, having fun and feeling fulfilled at the end of it.

• pack snacks, water, and a hearty lunch
• it’s cold so wear plenty of layers over tights and leotards
• ballet shoes and jazz shoes and hair tied back neatly
