Two marquee events will highlight the best of Howard Vineyard in food and wine as Winter Reds hits the Adelaide Hills this July.
Showcasing the best red varietals from across the Hills region, Howard Vineyard will again offer two days of outstanding experiences catering to a wide range of guests.
Howard Vineyard Owner, Tom Northcott, says, “Our Pinot Noir will be the crown jewel, paired up with dishes featuring duck in our Clover + Stone Restaurant.”
Across Saturday, 30th and Sunday, 31st July, Clover + Stone will offer a Korean-influenced shared long lunch where duck and pinot noir are the celebrated heroes.
Curated by Head Chef, Chang Koog Lee, aka ‘Cookie’, the menu is inspired by his homeland and brings a modern and exciting take on traditional fare. The restaurant lunch includes a glass of pinot on arrival and a complimentary Riedel glass to take home.
Howard Vineyard’s stunning lawns and surrounds are also on show on Saturday, 30th July with its all-weather, festival style affair fit for an encouraged boogie on the dancefloor.
Live music will evoke a casual vibe as duck once again becomes the feature of the Korean street food inspired menu, designed to compliment the pinots of the surrounding vines – noir, gris and sparkling varietals.
Both settings will bring the chance to cosy up to a warm fire, bringing out the best possible Winter Reds experience.
Winter Reds runs from Friday, 29th to Sunday, 31st July at various wineries across the Adelaide Hills region.
