PASTA AND WINE, BOTTOMLESS DINNERS AND NEW MENUS – WELCOME TO WINTER AT ELA RESTAURANT

A new menu, pasta and wine special, and bottomless dinners are now available at ela, Adelaide’s rising favourite restaurant for Mediterranean flavours.

The cooler months have inspired change for Head Chef, Ashleigh Linder, utilising seasonal produce to reflect fresh tastes and ideas for a winter menu.

Samantha Farrington, Hotel Alba General Manager, says ela would love to see more locals take advantage of affordable, stylish dining.

“ela embodies everything Mediterranean from the aesthetic of our modern setting to the food served on your plate,” says Samantha. “Ashleigh has amazing ideas that translate to memorable dining experiences in our intimate location.”

The new winter menu includes the likes of fritto misto, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, BBQ chicken cacciatore and twelve-hour braised Moroccan lamb shank.

For lovers of spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle and everything in between, ela plays host to a weekly Pasta and Wine special. From 5:30pm every Thursday, guests will receive a special menu with four pasta options to choose. The chosen bowl of pasta and an accompanying glass of wine or tap beer will be $30 per person.

Already known for its Bottomless Lunch series occurring across the year, ela now launches its Bottomless Dinner series for $99, which includes four courses and a two-hour drinks package, available every night of the week. Drinks included will focus on wine varietals in line with menu options.

Wednesday night now rewards locals, where guests who live in postcode 5000 receive 20% off their dinner bill.

Seating 140, the venue features casual bar seating, as well as a main dining area, poolside function space and a private dining room for intimate groups of 28. ela is located in Hotel Alba at 226 South Terrace, Adelaide and is open seven days a week.
