Stepping inside the burgundy velvet tent, the audience and I prepared ourselves for a night of raucous debauchery. Our MC for the evening, Tash York, masterfully introduced the show, with a set rife with sexual innuendo, glittery garb and an incredible voice, while her continuous interaction with the audience throughout the show kept everyone on their toes. Over the course of the ‘lock in’, we delighted in a performance by the brilliantly choreographed Bettie Bombshell (Miss Burlesque Australia 2019), a phenomenal Marilyn Monroe tribute, some high-end pick-pocketing, a touch of undressing, acrobatics, and hula-hoop action. The closing song of the evening, accompanied by the incredible musicians that sound-tracked the entire show, left huge smiles on everyone’s faces, with one final bout of audience participation that you should clamor for.

After Hours Cabaret Club – LOCK IN is one of those incredible shows where you cannot tear your eyes away, for fear of missing any of the action.
