On Monday 9 and Wednesday 11 July in the first week of the school holidays, Aboriginal artist Kunyi McInerney will be hosting painting workshops at the Migration Museum as part of her exhibition, My paintings speak for me. She will teach children about the methods and technique she uses when creating a piece of her own, and also talk about her exhibition and what her paintings mean to her.
Everything will be provided for you, so all you need to do is come down to the Migration Museum and get ready to get creative and make a painting that speaks to you.
