With that highly-anticipated warm weather starting to creep in, it won’t be long until it’s here in full force… There is a new ‘nauti’ hang-out happening at The Holdy, where the Glenelg venue has embraced its nautical-inspired theme just in time for summer!
Every Sunday until the end of February will be an experience for patrons to enjoy in The Holdy’s beer garden, kickstarting at 2pm. With good vibes being a priority amongst the likes of $7 Grey Goose, $8 Spritz and $6 Two Suns pints, The Holdy is set to be the new Sunday go-to destination.
The Holdy’s Venue Manager Jeff Owens says, “That’s why we loved the idea of a Sunday Session, because there are no rules! Sunday’s are the perfect day to unwind with mates over good food, great music and irresistible drink specials.”
If the Sunday Sessions launch was anything to go by, expect a many more nautical-related puns, delicious food and hot weather-appropriate cocktails that go down way too easily. Each week will feature live music, with a number of acts still to be announced. Upcoming guests include Audioporn on the decks and Simmsy on drums (10th Nov & 1st Dec), Señor Sanchez (17th Nov), DJ Souli (24th Nov & 15th Dec) plus vocal and DJ duo Emza and DJ Ryley (8th & 22nd Dec).
Located at 83 Brighton Road, follow @the_holdy on social media for all upcoming announcements and specials for their Sunday Sessions, or head in with friends to check it out for yourself!
