Learn from Monica Cavallaro (a finalist on the Great Australian Bake off 2016) how to make a cute angel figurine!

During this class you will learn all you need to know to make an angel figurine plus all of the skills you need to apply these techniques to create other figurines. At the end of the class you will take home your own angel figurine.

Monday 2nd of July 6pm to 9pm

Perfect for all skill levels! Whether you have never made a figurine before, or just wish to refine your cake decorating skills, this course is perfect for you.

Outcomes

• Learn to work with fondant and modelling chocolate
• Learn to create different facial features
• Learn sculpting and modelling techniques to create a standing figurine
• Tips, tricks and troubleshooting

• This class is all inclusive. All tools and equipment are provided for you during this class and remain the property of Caking Mad. Supplies are available for purchase after the class.
• Water, tea & coffee are available throughout the class
• Class notes from Monica will be provided

Requirements

• Please wear enclosed shoes. We will provide you with an apron.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting time
