In this evening course, you will enjoy a number of popular styles of wines from different regions and have fun learning in a relaxed environment.

The objective of the NWETC Wine Essentials Course is to introduce you to viticulture and winemaking fundamentals, sensory evaluation basics (tasting technique) and Australian wine regions and styles. We aim to develop your skills in food & wine matching and your confidence to navigate restaurant wine lists, bottle shop isles and cellar doors.
