For those looking to unwind across the December holidays with ease and enter 2024 on a high note, ela at Hotel Alba presents the ultimate offerings with their festive celebrations.

A Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Day soiree will both invite those wanting a day out with as much finesse as fun.

Samantha Farrington, General Manager Hotel Alba, says “ela means to come and gather in Greek and so we are excited to welcome locals to celebrate with us this festive season. Our aim has always been to deliver a variety of happenings at the hotel and take advantage of our unique poolside setting. We look forward to hosting our guests!“

Patrons will ‘Sip, Dip, Soiree’ this Christmas Day and celebrate at ela over an indulgent three-course shared lunch menu with free-flowing bubbles, wine, beer and soft drink over a 2.5hr sitting. Guests will enjoy an Aperol Spritz on arrival as they are taken on a culinary journey through the Med with a twist of Christmas classics.

Santa Claus will make an appearance for younger guests, where each child will receive a special gift to take home after their own designated menu for the day. Guests are encouraged to use the pool after the event to continue enjoying the day.

Poolside vibes will be the focus of ela at Hotel Alba’s New Year’s Day soiree from 12pm to 4pm, an adults-only event set to bring in 2024 with nothing but sunshine and good times.

DJ Tommy Tequila will provide beats for the afternoon as revellers enjoy Mediterranean-inspired bites in an all-inclusive food and drink package.

Aperols, Bloody Marys, Prosecco, Wine, and Tap Beer will be flowing as guests relax poolside and stay hydrated with a Med inspired hydration station.

The pool will be open for use, watched over by a lifeguard to ensure guests’ safety, and for the full experience, sunbeds are available at an additional cost to the standard ticket.

Hotel Alba’s Christmas Day lunch is on Monday, 25th December 2023 from 12pm to 2.30pm at $169/adult and $79/child (12 and under). The New Year’s Day poolside soiree is on Monday, 1st January from 12pm to 4pm at $149pp ($25 extra for securing a sunbed).
